This stylish, modern 3 bedroom apartment offers excellent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views from its large 
picture windows and sea-facing terrace and is conveniently located close to Camps Bay and Clifton beaches and just a 
10 minute drive from the Waterfront and City Centre along the breathtakingly beautiful Atlantic coast road. 

The apartment is on the upper level of an exclusive residential complex with secure underground parking that is 
situated on the Clifton side of Camps Bay where it looks out over the ocean high above Clifton Fourth Beach and 
towards Camps Bay beachfront, both of which are about 15 minutes walking distance from the complex. 

The apartment is all on one level with the entrance through to the spacious living room, with a fully equipped open plan 
kitchen and dining area to one side. The wonderful views can be enjoyed from the living room, where large windows 
face west towards the Twelve Apostles, or from the sun terrace where there are loungers, a table and chairs, the 
perfect spot to relax and enjoy watching the sun setting over the ocean.

 Two of the three bedrooms have double beds whereas the third has twin beds. The master bedroom is sea-facing and 
opens onto the sun terrace. It also has an ensuite with bath and shower while the two other bedrooms share a second 
bathroom (also with bath and shower).
