space with old-fashioned goodness situated right on the beach. La Corniche means ‘Flowered Balcony’ which is fitting
in that this is an enchanting place.
Surrender to the smell and sound of the Atlantic Ocean and fall in love with all over again. Each bedroom
and the Lounge has unlimited view. The open plan en-suite bedrooms allow you to relax in the bath whilst enjoying the
tranquil air and emotive motion of the ocean.
This two bedroom apartment is very secure in a complex and is suited for two couples or two friends. The complex has
direct access to the beach which is wonderful for those warm summer days and then to relax at the apartment
afterwards to watch the sunset with an ice cold glass of wine or a beer.

· A refundable breakages deposit of R15 000 is required
· 50% payment due on reservation, balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival
· Cancellation nine weeks or more prior to arrival, client forfeits full deposit
· Cancellation nine to four weeks prior to arrival, client forfeits 70% of the total cost of the rental
· Cancellation four weeks or less prior to arrival, client forfeits total cost of the rental
· Maid service Mond - Frid (weekend servicing R550)
· Continental breakfast available at an additional R100 per person per day
