waves breaking on Camps Bay beach from your lounge, or lounging next to the peaceful Koi pond, to escape the 
midday heat. The property has been decorated with many beautiful Asian artworks, which add to the tranquil feel. 

Every aspect of this property is amazing. The superb sea views, the exquisite flow of the living areas, the immaculate 
design (by one of South Africa’s leading architects) and the beautiful collection of artworks and artifacts that adorn the 
walls and displays throughout the property. 

One accesses the property via an elevator that comes up directly from the entrance or from the garage. The street 
level of the property is for the garage. The first floor houses the bedrooms, and the upper floor is the living area.

•          A refundable breakages deposit of R15 000 is required
•          50% payment due on reservation, balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival
•          Cancellation nine weeks or more prior to arrival, client forfeits full deposit 
•          Cancellation nine to four weeks prior to arrival, client forfeits 70% of the total cost of the rental 
•          Cancellation four weeks or less prior to arrival, client forfeits total cost of the rental 
•          Maid service Mond - Frid (weekend servicing R550)
•          Continental breakfast available at an additional R100 per person per day
