Accommodation
Allow Kia Ora to awaken your senses as a tranquil courtyard, tinkling fountains and white pebble paving welcome you
to this cool, stylish home overlooking a sparkling beach. This magnificent 5 bedroom residence is built on three levels
and offers Mediterranean style beach living at its best. Accommodation is generous: the main suite boasts a spacious
bedroom and living area with open plan bath and shower
facilities and a separate dressing room. With another 4 bedrooms, including a self-contained flat, Kia Ora can sleep 11
with all occupants enjoying en-suite bathrooms.
The open plan kitchen and entertainment area are equipped for sophisticated entertaining, yet unpretentious enough
to serve a simple alfresco meal. The lower level offers easy access to the beach from an enclosed private deck which
has a plunge pool, large barbeque facilities and a hot and cold outdoor shower.
Film & Photography
The stunning beach location, spaciousness, light and privacy make Kia Ora a wonderful venue for film and photography
shoots. The property oozes pure glamour and style while the simple décor provides photographers and directors with

· The rates above are the standard Public/Rack rates quoted in ZAR and subject to change without notice
· A refundable breakages deposit of R15 000 is required
· 50% payment due on reservation, balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival
· Cancellation nine weeks or more prior to arrival, client forfeits full deposit
· Cancellation nine to four weeks prior to arrival, client forfeits 70% of the total cost of the rental
· Cancellation four weeks or less prior to arrival, client forfeits total cost of the rental
· Maid service Mond - Frid (weekend servicing R550)
· Continental breakfast available at an additional R100 per person per day
