Anything magical is possible in this private, classic bungalow! Set in a lush garden 10 steps from Clifton 3rd beach - This
bungalow has an old world feel with wooden floors and beautiful teak windows, which frame the views of ocean and
garden. Wind free, powdered white beaches and azure water - this is where the beautiful people come and play! You
can almost touch the anchored yachts as you sip cocktails or enjoy a traditional barbecue on the expansive wooden
deck. Come and bathe in paradise!
BEDROOMS
The main bedroom, en-suite, has queen size bed, TV, views of garden and sea and leads onto a wooden deck. The
floors are wooden and the ceiling fans keep you cool.
The 2nd bedroom is en-suite with wooden floors and opens onto a small patio. It has a double bed and TV.
BATHROOMS
The main bath-en-suite is Victorian with claw bath and large shower that opens onto garden with views of the ocean.
The 2nd bathroom is also en-suite and has a shower over the bath
THE LIVING AREA is open plan with bay windows and lovely views over the sea, has wooden floors, Persian carpets,
leather couches, TV, DSTV, music centre and ceiling fans to keep you cool.
The dining table seats 8 and leads onto wooden a deck.
The kitchen has a farmhouse feel and is very well equipped with 12 of everything (plates, glasses etc), microwave,
washing machine etc.
THE EXTERIOR
Lush garden, Jacuzzi, large wooden deck which is ideal for entertaining, outside furniture, Weber barbeque and the
parking is off street.

• A refundable breakages deposit of R15 000 is required
• 50% payment due on reservation, balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival
• Cancellation nine weeks or more prior to arrival, client forfeits full deposit
• Cancellation nine to four weeks prior to arrival, client forfeits 70% of the total cost of the rental
• Cancellation four weeks or less prior to arrival, client forfeits total cost of the rental
• Maid service Mond - Frid (weekend servicing R550)
• Continental breakfast available at an additional R100 per person per day
